• Contact us regarding your project – We will discuss the basic framework of your project: type of project, complexity, feasibility, timing and budget.
• Ideas and style – Hopefully, you have an idea of what you would like your finished project to look like. If not, invest a little time to collect magazine articles, sketches or pictures showing ideas to incorporate into your project. Also, make a list of the “Must have” and “Would like to have” items for your project.
• Initial meeting – We will meet at your home to listen to your ideas and answer any questions. After reviewing your information and the existing conditions, we will discuss the feasibility of the project.
• Plan and Specification development – Our designer will review your information, selections, and special requests to develop a basic floor plan. From this, we will create a preliminary proposal covering the estimated cost of the project.
• Design and Proposal presentation – We will meet to review the design, specifications and proposal. If the design meets with your approval and budget, we will refine all details of the project and develop working plans.
• Final specifications and approval – At this meeting we will review the final plans and proposal. After your approval, a construction date will be set.
